Shipping Information

- After placing your order, our team will carefully prepare your artwork or print for shipment. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

*Shipping Time: Up to 10 Business Days*

- The actual shipping time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Shipping can take up to 10 business days from the time your order is processed.

Shipping Methods

- We offer various shipping options to suit your preferences and needs. You can select your preferred method during the checkout process. As of now, we only ship within North America ( Canada, United States ). Please stay tuned for an updated International Shipping.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility ( MERCH ONLY )

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

- To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in its original condition, with no signs of damage or wear.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

Refunds and Exchanges

Ayaba Arts Originals are final sale.

Merch

If your item(s) have been damaged during delivery or lost, contact ayaba@ayabaarts.com within 30 days and Ayaba Arts will provide a replacement ( FOR MERCH ONLY ).

Prints & Canvases

Due to all items being made to order, all prints and canvases are FINAL SALE after being produced and delivered in its entirety. Please inquire 48 hours within order submission if you want dimensional changes or a cancellation refund will be arranged.

Return Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
